Return Process
To request a return:

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from GlintGloss
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, and subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
